A 6-month, immersive mentorship for healthcare practitioners and movement professionals who work with women, even if pelvic health isn’t your main speciality.
Through monthly expert-led teaching, live Q&As, practical challenges, and a supportive community, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to:

Duration:
6 months (minimum commitment). From 2026 launch it will be lifetime access.
Format:
Live Q&A → Troubleshoot, discuss cases, share experiences, if you cant make them live don't worry, trouble shoot your questions ahead and Rosie will add them into the Q&A to be answered. These will happen last week Monday of each month at 1pm.
Monthly Skill Challenge → A practical task to embed your learning into your client work.
Extra education and guidance → Each topic will have its own online learning portfolio to listen to and tick off throughout the 6 months - work at your own pace, videos to all be between 15 minutes-40 minutes for quick, easy and flexible learning.
Community Access → Your go to place for Peer-to-peer discussion, sharing wins, asking questions, and brainstorming solutions.
