Information on return to impact in the post natal period is sparce and usually out dated.
Many women start with the simple thought process of 'lets hope for the best and just run' leading to leaks, pain, injury or pelvic floor concerns.
Causing either many to push through the symptoms (hello long term pelvic floor issues) or to stop completely and to never run again.
But lets be honest, life as mums needs us to be able to chase after our toddler, run beside them when they first take to their bikes or completing events at sports day!
