Support For Your Pregnancy Journey

Pelvic Health with Rosie Davie. Pregnancy Support.

Hi, I'm Rosie Davie.

A pelvic health physiotherapist with a background in obstetrics, gynaecology, and musculoskeletal care.

Pregnancy is a time of big body changes, and your body deserves expert support to feel strong, confident, and well-informed.

I've supported thousands of mums to be over the years all wanting or needing different levels of support or information.

From supporting first time mums to be with navigating body changes, staying active in pregnancy or preparing for birth. From helping many with pelvic girdle pain or low back pain - ease discomfort and keep the aches and pains at bay. Second or third time mums navigating pelvic floor dysfunction into their next pregnancies or discussing birth choices.

There is so much preventative care we can do in pelvic floor physiotherapy and it should NOT be left to the post natal period.

I also support many women who have either been medically advised to have an elective c-section or chosen this birth for themselves prepare for surgery and plan for recovery.

Pregnancy pelvic health masterclass

These pelvic health masterclass idea was created when I worked in the national health service after teaching on pelvic girdle pain classes, antenatal education classes and c-section enhanced recovery programme.

I basically wrote down everything that was bad about these classes and how I would change them - make them better informed, open them up earlier to pregnant mums to be and advise on all the preventative care we can focus on.

What's included?

Join leading pelvic health physiotherapist Rosie Davie for a relaxed and empowering morning masterclass, designed for women who are currently pregnant first, second, third or fourth baby. Those expecting twins or multiples are also welcome.

Whether you're in the first few weeks of pregnancy and wanting how to know more about pregnancy changes, pelvic floor changes and how to navigate this period confidently, preparing for birth, planning the fourth trimester, wanting to know about returning to exercise or intimacy; this event will guide you with practical knowledge, myth-busting education, and expert insight.
